Mansion
The more than 180-year-old historic monument building stands on a 25-hectare estate, ensuring peace and a noise-free environment.
During the renovation of the building, every valuable element reflecting the atmosphere of a traditional Sekler noble residence was carefully preserved through meticulous craftsmanship. Today, our guests can admire the ceiling mural with Sekler motifs in the lobby room, the mansion’s original wooden flooring and stone surfaces, and pause on the porch supported by stone columns, which offers a view of the local landscape.
Among the most distinctive decorative elements of Gaál Mansion are the works of Miklós Barabás, one of the most outstanding painters of the 19th century.
Ground floor common areas
On the ground floor of the mansion, four spacious communal rooms serve relaxation and the joy of spending time together:
A cozy salon where the alternating original stone and wooden flooring creates an authentic, rustic atmosphere. It is equipped with a fireplace, making it ideal for conversations, reading, or enjoying a glass of wine in quiet reflection.
A lobby room, also with a fireplace, featuring a television and a children’s play corner — ensuring that every member of the family finds a pleasant activity.
A dining room with a unique atmosphere, made truly special by a traditional tiled stove; it primarily serves as a venue for wine dinners, festive occasions, and family or friendly gatherings.
The kitchen, available to guests during the day, where they may help themselves to hot tea, coffee, refreshing soft drinks, selected wines, and light snacks.

Rose garden and terrace
The main entrance of the mansion opens onto a welcoming terrace, where in summer guests may enjoy the sunshine on sun loungers or relax in garden swings under the shade of a walnut tree more than 100 years old while sipping fresh lemonade. From here, a magnificent view opens onto the rose garden, one of the most romantic parts of the estate.
During the winter months, the mansion reveals a special charm: with a cup of hot tea, guests can watch squirrels in the garden from the terrace or through the windows.
Cellar
In the mansion’s cellar, there is a cozy and versatile space that functions as a small event venue, bar, and wine cellar at the same time.
Table football and a billiard table provide additional entertainment.
